The purpose of the exhibitions is to allow any buyer to check the condition and consistency of the lot. We strongly encourage you to attend. No claims will be accepted after the sale concerning the condition or consistency of the lot. Collection of lots : Collection must take place on Monday 22 June 2026 from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. No withdrawals will be possible after this date. After this date, any lot that has not been collected will be deemed to have been abandoned, with no possibility of reimbursement or recourse. Dismantling and removal : Each buyer is responsible for his lot as soon as the hammer is down. Dismantling and removal must be carried out according to the rules of art and with respect for the premises: no damage may be caused to walls, floors, doors or any other structure. In the event of damage, the purchaser will be liable for the full cost of repair. For equipment requiring disconnection (electricity, plumbing, etc.), the purchaser must provide the necessary equipment: dominoes, plugs, suitable keys, etc. No water damage or electrical accidents may be caused. In the event of a shortage, replacement costs will be borne in full by the purchaser concerned.
