Special conditions:
All lots of wines and spirits offered for sale are kept and stored in our cellar. After the auction and at the buyer's request, a transfer to our Paris offices, 21 avenue Kleber 75016 Paris, can be organised free of charge. This transfer will be carried out within a reasonable time of receipt of the buyer's request. The buyer may also collect his lots directly from our cellar in the Aube region. The exact address will be communicated after payment. Lots may be collected by prior appointment, requests being made to [email protected].

Cash payment within 7 days. Unless otherwise indicated, we will automatically debit your card 24 hours after the sale. Any auction slip remaining unpaid to the Auction House or having been the subject of a delay in payment will result in the registration of the defaulting buyer in the TEMIS File.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
