Conditions for collecting purchases:
Most of the wines are stored at the CAVES DE MONTQUARTIERS in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
Lots can be collected by making an appointment AT LEAST 48 hours IN ADVANCE from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the following address:

Wines may only be collected once payment has been made and the slip has been cashed in full, and on presentation of the slip with the mention "acquittée". Bottles must be inspected on site at the time of collection. No claims will be accepted once the bottles have left the storage area.
In addition to the auctioneer's costs, you will be charged
- 1.5 euros (excl. VAT) per lot sold and 12 euros (excl. VAT) per management fee slip.
- Bottles are stored free of charge until the 31st day after the sale.
- After the 31st day, storage costs of €10 (incl. VAT) per lot per month will be invoiced directly by SAS Artlys Patrimoine. Bottles can only be removed after payment of any storage fees.
Any month started is due.
Wooden crates, when mentioned in the description, are for information only. Under no circumstances does Artlys Patrimoine guarantee the condition of these containers.
Delivery of lots :
Les Caves de Montquartiers are able to deliver your stored wines (to Paris and its suburbs within 48 hours).
For any other destination, quantity or request, please contact an authorised carrier (Hillebrand......). No customs documents will be issued by Caves de Montquartiers.
We invite you to read carefully the e-mail accompanying your sales slip the day after the sale, with all the information (payment methods, storage locations, collection conditions, storage contact and carrier contact).

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
