Please allow 24 hours after validation of the 3DS link or immediate transfer before receiving your paid statement (3/4 working days for standard transfers). Any auction slip that remains unpaid more than 10 days after the sale may be registered in the TEMIS file and the deposit (if applicable) may be retained to cover the costs of proceedings. Any payment made after registration in the TEMIS file will incur a flat-rate surcharge of €50 (inclusive of tax) to cover administrative costs. For Chronos sales: You must pay your slip via the 3DS link received by SMS from Interenchères at the end of the sale. There will be no debit from your Interenchères bank card. For Live sales : Immediate payment by credit card, bank transfer or cash if the bidding slip is less than 1000 euros including costs. If the auction is via Interencheres, payment will be made by direct debit immediately after the sale, unless otherwise instructed by the buyer at the beginning of the sale. We automatically deduct the deposit and the balance. If the direct debit fails, a 3DS link will be sent to you by Interencheres (valid for 7 days). For Live and Chrono sales, payment must be made by Monday at the latest for sales from Friday to Sunday. No cheques For voluntary sales : Cash payment is only possible if the bill of sale is less than €1,000 and only by appointment made for cash payment on eraencheres.com.
