PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW: The buyer will pay : Judicial vehicles: In favour of SCP DE MAREDSOUS - SOLIBIEDA, in addition to the hammer price, a purchase commission of 11.90% excluding VAT, i.e. 14.28% including VAT + 70 € F.D. Voluntary vehicles: In favour of SARL HDV ORLEANS MADELEINE, in addition to the auction price, a purchase commission of 15% excluding VAT, i.e. 18% including VAT + 70 € F.D. Live costs are €60 excluding VAT per vehicle. The sale is made without guarantee. It is the responsibility of future bidders to come to the proposed sale exhibition and to examine each lot before the sale and to rely on their own judgement. Mileage, number of hours, etc. are given as an indication only. Corrections may be posted in the auction room before the opening of the sale or announced by the auctioneer at the beginning of or during the sale and recorded in the sale minutes. If you follow the sale live without sound, you will not be able to hear these changes. The auction house declines all responsibility in this respect. It is your responsibility to follow the sale with all the means at your disposal. Payment must be made immediately after the sale. In cash in euros within the following limits - 1,000 € for French retailers and private individuals - 15,000 for private individuals not domiciled in France for tax purposes, on presentation of proof of identity and address. By credit card or transfer in euros to the account (a bank details form will be provided). CHEQUES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you wish to place a purchase order, a closing date is indicated in the description. NO SUBSEQUENT ORDERS OR REQUESTS WILL BE TAKEN. We do not have access to our emails during sales. If you bid on the live auction, additional costs may be added by the platform: 3.60% inc. VAT for materials // €40 excl. VAT for voluntary and judicial vehicles. Purchases may only be collected once they have been paid for in full. Buyers are responsible for their purchases as soon as the auction is announced. We set up a surveillance system but we do not guarantee ANY AVARIE arriving on our site or on another place after the auction. WE WILL NOT DELIVER ANY LOT TO A PERSON OTHER THAN THE BUYER EXCEPT WITH A WRITTEN MANDATE FROM THE BUYER + COPY OF ID. SCP DE MAREDSOUS - SOLIBIEDA subscribes to the TEMIS service.
