GUARDING: BALSAN ENCHÈRES provides, free of charge, the guarding of lots for a period of 5 calendar days from the date of the sale.
Beyond this period, retroactive storage fees will be automatically applied from the day of the sale, according to the following scale:
- For lots stored on shelves:
o 6th day after sale : Application of a fixed fee of €21.45 excluding VAT per lot;
o In addition to the flat rate of €21.45 excluding VAT, €1.95 excluding VAT will be added for each additional calendar day from the 6th day after the sale date, per lot.
- For lots stored on pallets, half-pallets or on the ground:
o 6th day after sale : Application of a flat rate of €87.45 excluding VAT per lot;
o An additional €7.95 (excl. VAT) is added to the €87.45 (excl. VAT) flat rate for each additional calendar day from the 6th day after the date of sale, per lot.
BALSAN ENCHÈRES reserves the right to proceed with the resale of the lots concerned, under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations, when the storage costs exceed the amount of the purchase invoice.

Payment must be made in cash immediately after each sale, in euros:

- Shipping costs must also be paid by bank transfer.

You can also send us your packaging and prepaid shipping label.
Alternatively, you can just send us your own prepaid shipping label, and we will only charge you for order preparation and packaging/cartonboarding (see rates in our GTCS).

Purchases may only be collected after payment, including costs and taxes, has been made and a payment slip has been issued by the accounting department of BALSAN ENCHERES.
