Exhibition and condition reports : There will be no exhibition in the auction room. Lots can be viewed on Interencheres. The publication of photos on the internet is considered as a public exhibition. Lots are sold as is. To know the condition of a lot, do not hesitate to ask for additional photographs and condition reports. Live sale only: It will not be possible to attend the sale on site, only on the Interenchereslive website. Buy orders will be taken into account, not telephone line requests. Storage : Storage of lots is free for 14 days after the sale. After that, storage costs will be charged: - for small lots: €5 inc. VAT per day and per item - for furniture and bulky lots: €10 inc. VAT per day and per item If the lots are not withdrawn by the buyer and the storage costs are higher than the hammer price, the auction operator is expressly authorised to put them back up for sale on behalf of the buyer. The sale will take place without a reserve price and at the seller's cost of 16.8% inclusive of tax. The auctioneer is expressly authorised to deduct from the sale price the amount of the seller's costs and the storage costs, with the balance going to the seller. Delivery : Lots will be delivered to buyers or carriers at the auction house BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The Auction House does not take responsibility for sending lots by post.
