Lots are sold as is without guarantee - Payment in cash, limited cash, certified cheque and two pieces of identification, bank card. Charges in addition to the auction price 14.28% inc. VAT for judicial auctions and 15% for voluntary auctions. Collection within 15 days, after which time storage charges will apply.

Telephone bidding requests, purchase orders and live bids are a facility and a service provided free of charge by the auctioneers, who cannot be held responsible for their poor execution or for technical problems. All purchase orders and telephone bidding requests must be sent no later than 4:00 pm the day before the sale, accompanied by the name, full address, proof of identity, telephone number and SWIFT bank details or RIB. If any of these details are missing, the auctioneers reserve the right not to consider the request. Equipment sold as is without warranty. Removal and dismantling are the responsibility of the buyer and must not cause any damage. Safety measures must be respected. Professional equipment must be dismantled by an authorised company. The lots awarded will remain at the risk, expense and peril of the successful bidders, as soon as the award has been made, even if they have not been delivered.
