PHOTOS NON CONTRACTUAL As these are judicial sales ordered by a court of law, the equipment is sold as is, without any guarantee or claim of any kind. As a prior exhibition has been organised to ascertain the condition of the equipment and the composition of the lots, no claims will be accepted after the sale, regardless of the auction method. The lots awarded will remain at the risk, expense and peril of the successful bidders from the time of the award, even if they have not been delivered, for any reason whatsoever, in particular while awaiting the correct method of payment. Consequently, as soon as the award is made, the successful bidder must immediately take out insurance for the preservation of the goods he has just acquired, regardless of the dates of removal. Dismantling, loading and chartering are the sole responsibility of the buyer - no human and/or material assistance will be provided on site by our firm.
