As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.

CASH PAYMENT
Voluntary vehicle sales fees: VP = 13% incl. VAT / CTTE = 15% + handling fees ( fees may vary, please see each vehicle sheet) + 72 € incl. VAT in the case of purchase on live or 1.8 % incl. VAT of the auction price for all unregistered vehicles as well as for registered agricultural vehicles.
Judicial sales fees: 14.28% + from 01/10/23 service fees of 1.8% inc. VAT for goods in the Furniture and Works of Art and Professional Equipment categories and 72 € inc. VAT per Vehicle for goods purchased via INTERENCHERES.
Equipment sales fees: to be defined according to the sale
Obligatory deposit of 20% of the amount of the bill of sale on the day of the sale by credit card (to be released before the sale by your bank) with a minimum of 500€ by credit card + 2 PI of identity and a kbis for a company.
Payment of the balance within 7 days by bank transfer or credit card in the name that will appear on the transfer, bearing in mind that storage charges will be applied from the Tuesday following the sale.
NO CHEQUES OR CASH - PAYMENTS MADE BY CREDIT CARD OR BANK TRANSFER MUST BE MADE OUT TO THE NAME ON THE INVOICE.
Any payment by credit card issued by a country outside the European Community will incur handling and exchange charges of 1.95% in addition to the price inclusive of tax.

Special conditions: Bidders registered on interencheres live will automatically be debited the full amount of the bill if it is less than 500 euros, or a deposit of 500 euros if the bill is greater than this amount.
The deposit will be retained if the bill is not paid.

DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BY APPOINTMENT FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY PAYMENT IN ACCOUNT (only by bank transfer or VAD) - Storage charges from the Tuesday following the sale at a rate of €18 (incl. VAT) per day and per commercial/light vehicle and €48 (incl. VAT) for trucks, coaches and all vehicles over 3T5.
