In accordance with the law, in the event of non-payment and following a formal notice to the buyer that has gone unheeded, the item may be put up for sale again at the seller’s request under the ‘folle enchère’ procedure, and should the seller fail to make such a request within one month of the auction, the sale shall be automatically cancelled. No claims shall be admissible if the buyer has not paid the full amount of their purchase in cash. In the event of a latent defect, the funds will be frozen in the regulated account of Selarl Marie-Line Balsan. Selarl Marie-Line Balsan is a member of the central register for the prevention of non-payment by auctioneers, where payment incidents are recorded. Collection: Purchases may only be collected after payment has been made, including all fees and taxes, upon which a payment receipt will be issued by the accounts department of SELARL MARIE-LINE BALSAN. Only this duly paid document will permit the collection of the items. Collection of items from external sales will be by appointment arranged by the auction house.
