Auction invoices sent by email sometimes end up in your spam folder, so please remember to check your spam folder
Please allow 24 hours after confirming the 3DS link or making an instant bank transfer before you receive your paid invoice (3–4 working days for a standard bank transfer)
Any auction invoice remaining unpaid more than 10 days after the sale may be recorded in the TEMIS database, and the deposit (if applicable) may be retained to cover legal costs.
Any payment made after registration on the TEMIS database will incur a fixed surcharge of €50 (including VAT) for administrative costs.
For Chronos sales:
You must pay your invoice via the 3DS link received by text message from Interenchères at the end of the sale. No charge will be made to your Interenchères credit card.
For Live auctions:
Immediate payment by credit card, bank transfer or cash if the invoice total is less than €1,000 including fees.
If bidding via Interenchères, payment will be taken by direct debit immediately after the sale, unless the buyer gives instructions to the contrary at the start of the sale by emailing
[email protected] (this does not apply to the deposit amount).
We automatically debit the deposit and the balance
If the direct debit fails, a 3DS link will be sent to you by Interenchères (valid for 7 days)
For Live and Chrono sales, payment must be made by Monday at the latest for sales held from Friday to Sunday

For voluntary sales:
Cash payment is only possible if the total invoice amount (including fees) is less than €1,000 and only by appointment for cash payment via eraencheres.com
