DELIVERY OF LOTS
No complaints will be accepted for damage that may occur after the lots have been delivered, particularly during transport (broken bottles or liquid leaks). To avoid any issues during transport, it is advisable to arrange collection by a qualified service provider who will take the necessary precautions regarding handling and packaging during transport.
SEAL INTEGRITY
Antique bottles are stored lying down, which demonstrates their seal integrity prior to sale. However, please note that bottles must be placed upright during transport to prevent the liquid from coming into contact with the cork and thereby compromising the seal that was intact prior to sale. No disputes on this matter will be accepted.
