Viewing of lots: A viewing is scheduled for Wednesday 24 June 2026 from 10.15 am to 10.30 am at the Vire auction house. The purpose of the viewings is to allow all buyers to check the condition and contents of the lot. We strongly encourage you to attend. Please note that no claims regarding the condition or contents of the lot will be accepted after the sale. Collection of lots: Lots must be collected within 15 days, i.e. by 8 July 2026 at the latest. Lots sold ‘BY NAME ONLY’: details to follow. No collection will be possible after these dates. After these deadlines, any lot not collected will be considered abandoned, with no possibility of a refund or recourse. Dismantling and collection: Each buyer is responsible for their lot from the moment the bid is accepted. Dismantling and collection must be carried out in a professional manner and with due regard for the premises: no damage must be caused to walls, floors, doors or any other structure. In the event of damage, the full cost of repairs shall be borne by the purchaser concerned. For equipment requiring disconnection (electricity, plumbing, etc.), the buyer must provide the necessary materials: plug adaptors, plugs, suitable wrenches, etc. No water damage or electrical accidents must be caused. In the event of any items being missing, the replacement costs shall be borne in full by the purchaser concerned. Purchase of vehicles: Following payment, the purchaser shall receive their receipt as well as a copy of the vehicle registration document, for insurance purposes and in the event of a roadside check. The vehicle documentation (certificate of sale, original crossed-out registration document, and any other vehicle-related documents) will be sent by the firm to the buyer by registered post within 48 hours (working days) of the sale.
