Dismantling and collection must be carried out in a professional manner and with due respect for the premises: no damage must be caused to walls, floors, doors or any other structure. In the event of damage, the full cost of repairs shall be borne by the purchaser concerned. For equipment requiring disconnection (electricity, plumbing, etc.), the buyer must provide the necessary materials: plug adaptors, plugs, suitable wrenches, etc. No water damage or electrical accidents must be caused. In the event of any items being missing, the replacement costs shall be borne in full by the purchaser concerned.
