You can collect your lots from the Monday following the auction, and every day of the week from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm, provided you let us know in advance that you will be coming. Small, non-fragile lots can be dispatched by us, upon your request by email after you have received your auction receipt. In all other cases, please contact MBE Valence, [email protected], The Packengers, [email protected], Cocolis or any other carrier of your choice. You have seven days from receipt of your auction slip to collect your lots. After this period, if we have not heard from you, storage and handling charges of 1 euro per day per lot will be applied. If the storage charges exceed the purchase price, the lot will be put back up for sale to cover the costs.
