Viewing of lots
Wednesday 8 July 2026 from 9.00 am to 11.00 am at the auctioneer’s office (SAINT-DIÉ-DES-VOSGES)

Sale charges
Cash payment plus Drouot Live fees of 1.5% excluding VAT, in addition to 22.80% including VAT payable on site.

A / Conditions for bidding
All buyers (whether individuals or legal entities) or those acting under a power of attorney must be able to prove their identity by presenting a photo ID and, in the case of professionals, a Kbis extract (or equivalent) issued within the last three months.
B / Live auction on the Drouot and Interencheres digital platforms
The live auction will be streamed on the Drouot.com and Interencheres.com auction platforms.
You may follow the auction and place bids electronically, provided you complete the required registration and authentication procedure and comply with all the general terms and conditions of use.
Participation in the live online auction is subject to the account creation procedure on the Drouot.com or Interencheres.com platforms.
Automatic bids
An automatic bid is the maximum amount a bidder is willing to pay for the lot. This amount is not communicated to the auctioneer. Drouot.com or Interencheres.com will bid on the bidder’s behalf as the auction progresses, as if they were present in the auction room.

By purchase orders: Purchase orders must be received by us no later than 11.00 am on Wednesday 8 July 2026.
In person: Attendance at the auction room is subject to prior registration. Seating is limited.
Confirmation of registrations
Please note! Remember to create your account on the platforms at least 24 hours before the sale and then to register for the sale.
The email address provided during registration will be used to send various communications and auction documents (payment notice, purchase slip, collection authorisation).
Terms of payment
Payment of the sale price must be made no later than the 8th day following the auction and before collection of the lots. Failure to comply with any of these obligations will result in the cancellation of the sale. The deposit will be retained.
At the end of the sale, payment shall be made:
on site: by credit card (buyers are advised to have any spending limits on their card lifted by their bank, if necessary), or in cash up to €1,000 including VAT and fees.
for online bidders, telephone bids and purchase orders: Payment by bank transfer (buyers must allow for the processing time of international transfers to meet the 8-day payment deadline) upon receipt of the purchase slip sent by email.
Collection and transport of lots
At your own risk. Recommended carriers: The Packengers, Cocolis, MBE Auction. Collection may take place only after full payment has been made and upon presentation of the collection voucher and proof of identity. If a third party is collecting the lot on your behalf, you will be asked to provide a letter of authorisation.
Once the full sale price has been paid, you will be issued with an invoice, a payment statement and a collection authorisation.
COLLECTION:
- Immediately or up to 15 days after the sale.
If the lot is not collected within 15 days of the sale, storage charges of €40 excl. VAT per day will apply.
Other provisions
Items are sold as is, with no guarantee of functionality.
Claims for civil liability arising from valuations and voluntary or judicial sales of movable property at public auction are subject to a limitation period of five years from the date of the auction or valuation.
