STORAGE: BALSAN ENCHÈRES provides storage of lots free of charge for a period of 5 calendar days from the date of the sale. Beyond this period, retrospective storage charges will automatically be applied from the day of the sale, in accordance with the following scale: • For lots stored on shelves: o 6th day after the sale: A flat rate of €21.45 (excl. VAT) per lot will be charged; o Thereafter, €1.95 (excl. VAT) will be added to the flat rate of €21.45 (excl. VAT) for each additional calendar day from the 6th day following the date of the sale, per lot. • For lots stored on pallets, half-pallets or on the floor: o 6th day after the sale: A flat fee of €87.45 (excl. VAT) per lot will be applied; o An additional €7.95 (excl. VAT) is then added to the flat-rate fee of €87.45 (excl. VAT) for each additional calendar day from the 6th day following the date of sale, per lot. These charges cover the physical storage and insurance of the goods until they are actually delivered to the purchaser.BALSAN ENCHÈRES reserves the right to resell the lots in question, in accordance with the applicable regulations, should the storage costs exceed the purchase invoice amount. Payment: Payment must be made in cash and immediately after each sale, in euros: - We ask that you provide our bank details BEFORE the sale so that we can process an instant (free) bank transfer to release your lots: IBAN FR98 4003 1002 8000 0043 9131 R23 SWIFT BIC CDCGFRPPXXX - Postage costs must also be paid by bank transfer. - Payment by credit card is only accepted for the deposit. No other payments can be made by credit card. - No cash payments are accepted. Any payment not made within 3 working days (including auction days) will incur a collection fee of 2% (including VAT), which will be deducted by Balsan Enchères. Shipping costs: We offer a shipping service for your lot. This service includes administration and collection of lots; bespoke packaging (provision of packaging materials for the lot and the box, plus labour – see rates in our Terms and Conditions); and dispatch via our partner carrier. This is a service we offer; you may also send us your own packaging and your prepaid shipping label. Alternatively, you can simply provide your own prepaid shipping label, in which case we will only charge for order preparation and packaging/box costs (prices as per our Terms and Conditions). Collection of lots: Purchases may only be collected once payment has been made, including all fees and taxes, upon which a payment receipt will be issued by the accounts department of BALSAN ENCHERES. Only this duly paid document will authorise the collection of the items. Please be aware of bank transfer processing times; if you wish to collect your lot quickly, please opt for an instant transfer. You can collect your lot from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 12.00 pm and between 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm, WITHOUT an appointment. You can therefore come directly to collect your lot with your paid receipt, without an appointment and without notifying us in advance, during our opening hours as stated above, excluding public holidays.
