Please note: If your bank refuses payment, you are responsible for settling your purchases directly with our auction house in accordance with the terms set out above. → In the event of late or non-payment, the defaulting buyer will be automatically registered on TEMIS: the national register of defaulters, which prohibits any future participation in auctions in France. → There is no right of withdrawal following an auction. Photographs of the lots are binding and form part of their description. No claims will be accepted for defects that are not mentioned but are visible in the photographs. → If paid lots are not collected within two weeks of the sale, they will be stored at our partner storage facility in Orléans, with storage charges ranging from €5 to €100 per fortnight, depending on the volume and value of the goods.
