The sale is conducted at the expense and at the risk of the successful bidders.
The titles, quantities and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and do not engage the liability of the Auction House.
No claims will be accepted after the auction, as lots are sold as is, without warranty, and cannot be returned.
The lots become the sole responsibility of the successful bidder as soon as the lot is declared sold.
Title will only pass upon full payment of the invoice.
Cash payment must be made exclusively by credit card, bank transfer or instant transfer.
Upon receipt of payment by the Auction House, the successful bidder must collect their lots:
• within 15 days free of charge, after which a charge of 10e per day will apply.
