The auctioneer’s office does not handle the packing or dispatch of lots. For judicial auctions: the locations, dates and times for collection are set in advance by the firm prior to the auction and must be strictly adhered to. Should lots not be collected within the timeframe set by the firm, they will be deemed to have been abandoned by the successful bidder.

The auction house does not accept payments by cheque or American Express. Payment for the lot, as well as any applicable taxes, must be made in euros and in cash.

Internet fees: 1.5% excluding VAT of the hammer price for judicial sales, 1.5% excluding VAT for voluntary sales or €60 excluding VAT per vehicle. No additional fees will be applied on charity auction lots.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
