Sale of commercial and private vehicles – following repossession, compulsory liquidation or the termination of a lease ⚠️ IMPORTANT: LIVE REGISTRATION Please register using your exact name and address, which will be used to issue the invoice and the public sale certificate for the vehicle corresponding to the lot awarded. No changes can be made after the sale. (Photos are for illustrative purposes only) The vehicles offered for sale are subject to a pre-auction viewing, allowing any potential buyer to inspect them and examine them prior to the sale. Consequently, the successful bidder acknowledges that they are purchasing the vehicle ‘as is’, in full knowledge of the facts, without any right of recourse or claim for apparent or hidden defects, breakdowns, errors in description or any other cause whatsoever. Collection of the lots is the sole responsibility of the successful bidder and/or their representative. It is the successful bidder’s responsibility to complete all necessary administrative formalities for the change of ownership with the ANTS. ⚖️ TERMS OF SALE The sale is conducted without any warranty as to the condition, quality or functionality of the vehicles and equipment, and without the possibility of a claim, unless expressly stated by the auctioneer in the minutes. Goods will be handed over upon presentation of the paid invoice and the purchaser’s proof of identity (mandatory document). The buyer has 15 days to collect their lots or to arrange for a carrier to collect them. After this period, storage charges may be charged to the buyer depending on the size of the lot. Lots are sold as is; please request further information if you are unable to attend the exhibition. Cancellation of the sale: In the event of non-payment within 30 days, the sale shall be automatically cancelled with full legal effect.
