SALE OF PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT Auction venue: A L’ANNEXE, 4 rue des Hannequins – 45000 ORLEANS and LIVE VIEWING: Lots 1 to 51: Viewing on the morning of the auction from 9.00 am to 9.15 am at INGRE Lot 52: No viewing Lots 53 to 67: Viewing on the morning of the auction from 9.15 am to 9.30 am COLLECTION: Lots 1 to 51: Collection on Friday 10 July from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm Lot 52: contact details provided to the buyer Lots 53 to 67: Collection on Thursday 16 July from 9.00 am to 10.30 am BUY-IN ORDERS ACCEPTED UNTIL Monday 6 July at 9.00 am PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW: The buyer shall pay: Judicial auction fees: Payable to SCP DE MAREDSOUS - SOLIBIEDA, in addition to the hammer price, a purchase commission of 11.90% excluding VAT, or 14.28% including VAT Voluntary sale: Payable to SARL HDV ORLEANS MADELEINE, in addition to the hammer price, a purchase commission of 19% excluding VAT, or 22.8% including VAT The sale is conducted without warranty. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to attend the pre-sale viewing and to examine each lot prior to the sale, relying on their own judgement. Mileage, hours on the clock, etc., are provided for information purposes only. Corrections may be displayed in the auction room before the auction begins, or announced by the judicial auctioneer at the start of or during the auction, and recorded in the auction minutes. If you are following the auction live without sound, you will not be able to hear these changes. The auction house accepts no liability in this regard. It is your responsibility to follow the auction using all the means available to you. Payment must be made immediately after the auction. In cash in euros, subject to the following limits: - €1,000 for French traders and private individuals - €15,000 for private individuals not resident for tax purposes in France, upon presentation of proof of identity and proof of address By credit card or bank transfer in euros to the account (bank details will be provided) CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. If you wish to place a buy-in order, a closing date is specified in the description. NO LATER ORDERS OR REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. We do not have access to our emails during auctions. If you bid via the live stream, additional fees may be charged by the platform: 1.5% (excl. VAT) for equipment and items // €60 (excl. VAT) for vehicles. Purchases may only be collected once full payment has been made. The buyer is responsible for their purchases from the moment the bid is accepted. We have a surveillance system in place but cannot guarantee against ANY DAMAGE occurring at our premises or elsewhere after the bid has been accepted. WE WILL NOT DELIVER ANY LOT TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE BUYER UNLESS WE RECEIVE A WRITTEN AUTHORISATION FROM THEM + A COPY OF THEIR IDENTITY DOCUMENT. For on-site collections after the sale date, we arrange appointments as stated in the descriptions. IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND at the agreed time, the lots will be considered ABANDONED and NO refund will be made. It is your RESPONSIBILITY to attend at the agreed dates and times.
