Four separate viewings at four different locations on the morning of the auction:
* BEER-MAKING (lots 1 to 44):
exhibition from 8.30 am to 9.00 am at the location known as ‘l’homme mort’, RD316, CHAUMONTEL (95). Collection must be by appointment (at the same site) during a time slot set by the auctioneers
* WINES (lots 50 to 63): Collection from the auctioneers’ premises
* RESTAURANT (lots 70 to 92):
viewing from 9.00 am to 9.30 am at 37 Avenue Michel Poniatowski, L’ISLE ADAM (95). Collection must be by appointment (at the same site) during a time slot set by the auctioneers
* PLUMBING (lots 97 to 114):
viewing from 9.00 am to 9.30 am at 10 rue du Chemin Noir, PERSAN (95). Collection must be by appointment (at the same site) at a time slot set by the auctioneer’s office
* VEHICLES AND POWER TOOLS (lots 115 to 217):
viewing from 9.00 am to 9.30 am at 39 rue du Docteur Jacques TOUATI, PERSAN (95) Collection by appointment at the same site, within 5 days
REGARDING FEES:
Lots in the sale are subject to court fees (11.9% excluding VAT, i.e. 14.28% including VAT)
EXCEPT for lots marked with the letter (V) = voluntary fees (18% excluding VAT, i.e. 21.6% including VAT)
+ 1.5% for lots (excluding vehicles) sold via the Live auction
FOR ALL VEHICLES:
Reduced fees: 11.9% excluding VAT (14.28% including VAT) + €120 administration fee + €80 MOT test fee (+ €72 including VAT if the vehicle is sold via the Live auction)
REGARDING COLLECTION:
For lots in PERSAN at our premises at 39 rue du Dr Jacques TOUATI, collection must take place within 5 days.
Please note that storage charges will apply if the collection deadlines are not met.
For other lots located at various sites: collection slots, available from the day after the sale and set by the auction house, will be communicated to buyers. Collection is by appointment only.
