Registration is essential prior to the sale: please have your credit card or a signed deposit cheque ready, along with proof of identity – KBIS and power of attorney for companies. Payment by bank transfer, credit card (in person only for lots totalling €2,000 or less; no remote credit card payments), or cash (for lots with a total value of less than €1,000, including fees only) Payment must be made by the bidder; any payment by a third party will be refused. If you are bidding on behalf of a company, you must be its legal representative or hold a power of attorney from the legal representative, and you must provide us with the relevant documents no later than the day of the sale (KBIS certificate less than 3 months old or draft articles of association for a company in the process of being formed, proof of identity of the managing director and proof of identity of the authorised representative)
