The purchase price, up to the amount of the deposit, will be debited after the sale. The balance, which is payable immediately, may be settled: - By credit card via Interenchères. The buyer will receive a link to make the payment by credit card. - By bank transfer to the account details provided on the sale statement. - By cheque; payments by cheques drawn on a foreign bank will only be accepted following verification. We advise anyone wishing to participate in the sale to request a letter of credit from their bank for an amount approximating their intended purchase. We reserve the right to request payment by bank cheque. - In cash up to €1,000. This limit is raised to €15,000 if the purchaser’s tax residence is abroad and they are making a personal payment. Proof of this will be required.
