This auction requires a deposit of 300 euros for lots with an estimate of between 0 and 5,000 euros, and 1,500 euros for any lot with an estimate of over 5,000 euros. PLEASE NOTE: The name of the person paying the deposit must match the name of the person registered for the auction. For any purchase made by credit card, the full amount of the invoice or a deposit may be debited on the evening of the auction. Payments by cheque are not accepted. Cash payments up to 1,000 euros. Credit cards accepted for judicial and voluntary lots. Purchases are held at the auctioneer’s office for 15 days free of charge. After this period, a charge of 10 euros per day per item will be applied.

In the event of a tie between bids made in the auction room and on the live streaming platform, or in the event of an operational error by the live streaming platform operator resulting in an incorrect sale price, the result recorded in the minutes drawn up by the auction house shall prevail.
