💡 STORAGE CHARGES How it works: 10-day grace period From the date the collection slip is sent, the buyer has 10 days to collect their lot free of charge. After this 10-day grace period, storage charges apply per day or part thereof, depending on the category of the lot: • Small items: €1 per day • Light furniture or bulky boxes: €5 per day • Furniture or large items: €10 per day • Vehicles or lots requiring special storage space: €20 per day If the total storage charges exceed the value of the lot as stated on the invoice, the buyer will be informed that their lots will be subject to a court order for their allocation to cover the storage charges. This allocation will be made in favour of Accord Enchères to cover the costs incurred.

The rate is 4% from €750 to €50,000, then 3% from €50,001 to €200,000, in accordance with the Decree of 9 May 2007, to which reference should be made for other price brackets and any further information. Once the lot has been awarded, the purchases are the sole responsibility of the successful bidder, who is responsible for insuring them if necessary. 2 – CASH PAYMENT is required upon receipt of the auction receipt. • For buyers bidding by telephone or via Drouot.com: As soon as the lot is awarded, the successful bidder must provide their name and address and make payment in cash, either by CREDIT CARD, BANK TRANSFER or CASH (€1,000 for French private individuals and €15,000 for others, subject to proof of identity via passport). • For buyers via Interencheres.com: This depends on the total amount of your invoice, which will be sent to you by email after the sale. > If the total is less than €1,200, unless you specify otherwise by emailing art@accord-encherescom, your credit card registered with Interencheres will be debited.
