TERMS OF PAYMENT, STORAGE AND DELIVERY 1 – COSTS TO BE BORNE BY THE BUYER In addition to the hammer price, the buyer shall pay: 25% (including VAT), plus: > 1.80% (including VAT) for purchases made via Interencheres.com or Drouot.com > resale royalty (where applicable): this applies only to original works by living artists or those who have been deceased for less than 70 years, and only to hammer prices of €750 or more. The rate is 4% from €750 to €50,000, then 3% from €50,001 to €200,000, in accordance with the Decree of 9 May 2007, to which reference should be made for other price brackets and any further information. Once the lot has been awarded, the purchases are the sole responsibility of the successful bidder, who is responsible for insuring them if necessary. 2 – CASH PAYMENT is required upon receipt of the auction receipt. • For buyers bidding by telephone or via Drouot.com: As soon as the lot is awarded, the successful bidder must provide their name and address and make payment in cash, either by CREDIT CARD, BANK TRANSFER or CASH (€1,000 for French private individuals and €15,000 for others, subject to proof of identity via passport). • For buyers via Interencheres.com: This depends on the total amount of your invoice, which will be sent to you by email after the sale. > If the total is less than €1,200, unless you specify otherwise by emailing art@accord-encherescom, your credit card registered with Interencheres will be debited. In the event of such a request, you must pay immediately using one of the other payment methods available to buyers in the auction room or by telephone. > If the total is more than €1,200, we will send you a 3D Secure link which you simply need to follow to complete the payment. Please note that, pursuant to Article L 441-6 of the Commercial Code, any delay in payment will result in a penalty calculated at three times the statutory interest rate in force. Furthermore, in the event of debt recovery, a fixed compensation fee of €40 (excluding VAT) will be charged for each auction receipt Any successful bidder for a lot that remains unpaid to SARL ACCORD ENCHÈRES or for which payment is late may be registered on the TEMIS Register (listing those barred from attending auctions) (see the full terms and conditions of sale). 3 - COLLECTION OF LOTS – STORAGE CHARGES FOR LATE COLLECTION Lots are available for collection by the public with or without an appointment during opening hours. Successful bidders are advised to collect their lots within eight days to avoid any storage and security charges, as set out in the terms and conditions of sale. 4 - DELIVERY AND SHIPPING For the shipment of any items (excluding furniture), we work with MAILBOXES, a specialist in packaging and shipping. You can also request a quote from THE PACKENGERS or any other carrier of your choice. For the transport of furniture and items, we can put you in touch with specialist carriers.

💡 STORAGE CHARGES How it works: 10-day grace period From the date the collection slip is sent, the buyer has 10 days to collect their lot free of charge. After this 10-day grace period, storage charges apply per day or part thereof, depending on the category of the lot: • Small items: €1 per day • Light furniture or bulky boxes: €5 per day • Furniture or large items: €10 per day • Vehicles or lots requiring special storage space: €20 per day If the total storage charges exceed the value of the lot as stated on the invoice, the buyer will be informed that their lots will be subject to a court order for their allocation to cover the storage charges. This allocation will be made in favour of Accord Enchères to cover the costs incurred.
