TERMS OF PAYMENT, STORAGE AND SHIPPING 1 - COSTS TO BE BORNE BY THE BUYER In addition to the hammer price, the buyer shall pay: 25% including VAT, plus: > 1.80% including VAT for purchases made via Interencheres.com or Drouot.com > resale royalty (where applicable): which applies only to original works by living artists or those who have been deceased for less than 70 years, and only to hammer prices of €750 or more. The rate is 4% from €750 to €50,000 and 3% from €50,001 to €200,000, in accordance with the Decree of 9 May 2007, to which reference should be made for other price brackets and further information. Once the bid has been accepted, the purchases are the sole responsibility of the successful bidder, who is responsible for insuring them if necessary. 2 - CASH PAYMENT is required upon receipt of the auction receipt. • For buyers by telephone or via Drouot.com: Upon the award of the lot, the successful bidder must provide their name and address and make payment in cash either by CREDIT CARD, BANK TRANSFER, or CASH (€1,000 for French private individuals and €15,000 for others, subject to proof of identity via passport). • For buyers via Interencheres.com: This depends on the total amount of your invoice, which will be sent to you by email after the sale. > If the total is less than €1,200, unless you send a written objection by email to art@accord-encherescom, your credit card registered with Interencheres will be debited. In the event of a change of instructions, you must pay immediately using one of the other payment methods available to buyers in the auction room or by telephone. > If the total is over €1,200, we will send you a 3D Secure link which you simply need to follow to complete the payment. Please note that, pursuant to Article L 441-6 of the French Commercial Code, any delay in payment will result in a penalty calculated at three times the statutory interest rate in force. Furthermore, in the event of debt recovery, each auction receipt will be subject to a fixed compensation fee of €40 excluding VAT Any successful bidder for a lot that remains unpaid to SARL ACCORD ENCHÈRES or who has been subject to a late payment is liable to be registered on the TEMIS Register (list of persons barred from accessing auctions) (see the full terms and conditions of sale). 3 - DELIVERY OF LOTS – STORAGE CHARGES FOR LATE COLLECTION Lots are made available to the public with or without an appointment during opening hours. Successful bidders are advised to collect their lots within eight days to avoid any storage and security charges, as set out in the terms and conditions of sale. 4 - DELIVERY AND SHIPPING For all item shipments (excluding furniture), we work with MAILBOXES, a specialist in packaging and shipping. You can also request a quote from THE PACKENGERS or any other carrier of your choice. For the transport of furniture and items, we can put you in touch with specialist carriers.

💡 STORAGE FEES How it works: 10-day grace period From the date the collection slip is sent, the buyer has 10 days to collect their item free of charge. After this 10-day grace period, storage fees apply per day or part thereof, depending on the category of the lot: • Small items: €1 per day • Light furniture or bulky boxes: €5 per day • Furniture or large items: €10 per day • Vehicles or lots requiring special storage space: €20 per day If the total storage fees exceed the lot value stated on the invoice, the buyer will be informed that their lots will be subject to a legal claim for payment of the storage fees. This allocation will be made in favour of Accord Enchères to cover the costs incurred.
