Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, once the Purchaser has paid the Total Price in full, they must collect the lots awarded at their own expense, risk and convenience, within the same time limit as that set for payment (this deadline shall be suspended, where Legislative Decree No. 42/2004, the Code of Cultural Heritage, applies, for the duration specified by law regarding the right of pre-emption). Once this deadline has passed without action being taken, the Auction House shall be exempt from any liability in the event of damage to or theft (whether total or partial) of the Lots occurring after the aforementioned deadline, and the Buyer hereby waives any right or claim against the Auction House; furthermore, the Auction House may, at its sole discretion and at the Buyer’s expense, arrange for the storage of the lots awarded in its own warehouses (in which case the Buyer shall be liable for an additional charge of €10.00 per week, per Lot) or at third-party warehouses, or to dispatch the lots that have been successfully bid for and paid for but not collected to the Buyer; in all cases, the Buyer shall be directly charged for all costs and expenses.
