Payment for vehicles is made in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. For collection on the day of the sale (only for purchases under €15,000): by cheque accompanied by proof of solvency issued by the bank (less than 3 days old) by bank card, subject to the authorised limit For withdrawal after the sale and for purchases over €15,000: payment by bank transfer only Cash payments are not accepted. The vehicle will not be handed over until the full amount has been received.

All bids are inclusive of selling costs. A handling fee will be charged in addition: 150 inc. VAT for combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles without a battery certificate 235 inc. VAT for electric vehicles with battery health certificate Sales made via Interenchères are subject to a surcharge of : + €66.67 excl. VAT per vehicle sold (€80 incl. VAT) Full payment must be made within 2 working days of the invoice being sent. The vehicle must be collected within a maximum of 7 working days (France), subject to an appointment being made. Storage charges may be applied if these deadlines are exceeded. All bids are binding and irrevocably commit the bidder. The auction entails transfer of ownership.
