Dismantling and collection: Each buyer is responsible for their lot as soon as the bid is accepted. Dismantling and collection must be carried out in a professional manner and with due regard for the premises: no damage must be caused to walls, floors, doors or any other structure. In the event of damage, the full cost of repairs shall be borne by the purchaser concerned. For equipment requiring disconnection (electricity, plumbing, etc.), the buyer must provide the necessary materials: connectors, plugs, suitable wrenches, etc. No water damage or electrical accidents must be caused.
