All lots are sold as is. Please ensure that you are able to travel to the various departments listed in each lot description. The sale cannot be contested on the grounds of difficulty in travelling to these various locations. Collection dates are fixed for all buyers Dimensions are provided for guidance only and are not binding. Any enquiries must be made exclusively prior to the sale. Personal reasons for your purchases are not sufficient grounds for cancelling a sale. Computer passwords may not be known. For small items: collection immediately after the sale for buyers in the auction room and on a fixed date for online bidders. Storage charges of 7 euros per day apply from one week after the date of the sale for lots held at our offices and at our service providers’ premises. Any auction invoice remaining unpaid to LASSSERON & ASSOCIES or subject to late payment may be recorded in the TEMIS database. Storage charges will be invoiced to you one week after the date of the sale. To issue the purchase documents for a vehicle, you will be asked to provide proof of identity and proof of address. The identity details shown on the sales receipt will be used when issuing the administrative documents required to obtain the vehicle registration certificate. These administrative procedures are subject to a specific fee of 120 euros (including VAT) per vehicle listed on the sales receipt. The time taken to obtain the documents may vary depending on the vehicle’s administrative status, as well as the fact that we are currently in the summer period. The application for registration must be made before 24 July 2026. No changes to the name on the sales receipt will be permitted after the sale. Nor will any disputes regarding the condition of the vehicle or equipment be accepted after the sale. Access to vehicles or other types of lots (equipment, computers, etc.) is available prior to the sale. Any vehicle or other item of any kind that is not collected will be deemed abandoned.
