Adjudication:
As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
Payment terms: Payment is made on site by credit card or in cash.
Cash is accepted up to 1,000 euros.
Remote payment is by bank transfer only.
For timed auctions, a 3DS payment link will be sent to you by email as soon as the auction ends
We do not carry out any remote direct debits.
Placing a bid constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.

Any auction invoice remaining unpaid after 10 days will be recorded in the Temis database.
