BEFORE BIDDING, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Viewing of lots: A viewing is scheduled for Friday 31 July 2026 from 10.00 am to 10.30 am in AVRANCHES. The purpose of the viewing is to allow all buyers to check the condition and contents of the lot. We strongly encourage you to attend. Please note that no claims regarding the condition or contents of the lot will be accepted after the sale. Collection of lots: Lots may be collected on Thursday 6 August 2026 in AVRANCHES. No collection will be possible after these dates. After these deadlines, any lot not collected will be deemed abandoned, with no possibility of a refund or recourse. Dismantling and collection: Each buyer is responsible for their lot from the moment the bid is accepted. Dismantling and collection must be carried out in a professional manner and with due regard for the premises: no damage must be caused to walls, floors, doors or any other structure. In the event of damage, the full cost of repairs shall be borne by the successful bidder concerned. For equipment requiring disconnection (electricity, plumbing, etc.), the successful bidder must provide the necessary equipment: connectors, plugs, suitable wrenches, etc. No water damage or electrical accidents must be caused. In the event of any items being missing, the replacement costs shall be borne in full by the purchaser concerned. Acquisition of intangible assets (IV licence): Following payment, the purchaser will receive their receipt. The licence documentation (deed of assignment in two originals, licence-related documents) will be sent by the firm to the purchaser by registered post within 48 hours (working days) of payment of the price. One signed original must be returned to the firm. The deed of transfer is drawn up in two original copies; one is to be retained by the purchaser, and the second is to be returned to the firm, signed – the purchaser undertakes to do so.
