Fees vary depending on whether the sale is judicial or voluntary, and whether the purchase is made in the auction room or online via Live. The hammer price and buyer’s fees include VAT. The sale is conducted in euros. For lots sold at voluntary auctions: The fees in addition to the hammer price are 24% inclusive of VAT, regardless of the nature of the item. For lots purchased via the website www.interencheres.com and the Live platform, these fees will be increased by 3.60% inclusive of VAT For lots sold under judicial order: The fees in addition to the hammer price are 14.40% including VAT, regardless of the nature of the item. No lot will be released to the buyer until all sums due have been paid in full. Any buyer from the European Union who is registered for VAT must, at the time of sale, provide their VAT registration number for the purposes of intra-Community supply and provide proof of dispatch to another Member State; they have 30 days to complete the formalities. Non-EU buyers must declare, at the time of sale, their intention to export and have 30 days to provide proof of export.
