Terms of sale
- Live on Interenchères. - Fees in addition to the hammer price: 14.28% including VAT + Interenchères fees - Recoverable VAT included in the hammer price for taxable businesses. - Payment by bank transfer or credit card via payment link - RACKS MUST BE COLLECTED ON-SITE ON 3, 4, 5 AND 6 AUGUST – once full payment has been received. - Any racks that have not been dismantled and collected within the specified time frame will be dismantled by a professional contractor and stored in a warehouse in the Bouches-du-Rhône; the costs incurred will be borne by the purchaser. - Dismantling by the purchaser includes cutting the bolts flush with the concrete slab, without damaging it. - The teams dismantling the racks must present proof of insurance for each person working on site. - A security deposit cheque for €500 (five hundred euros), made payable to WGA SAS, will be required from each purchaser before dismantling and removal of the racks can begin. The deposit will be returned once the removal operations have been completed. - A forklift truck and a cherry picker may be made available to purchasers upon presentation of the relevant CACES certificate. Anyone working on site must be equipped with the PPE required for this type of work. - The warehouse has loading bays for semi-trailers. - The costs of removal equipment are to be borne by the purchaser. However, the purchaser may purchase Euro pallets on site at €10 (excl. VAT) per pallet.
