PREPARATORY FURNITURE AUCTION
Viewing: at www.interencheres.com/23001 and on Thursday 24 September 2026 from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm at the auction house.
The items on offer are second-hand and sold as seen, without warranty. They may show signs of wear and tear, defects, missing parts, repairs or restoration, whether visible or not.
It is the responsibility of each buyer to ascertain the condition, nature, quality, quantity and conformity of the lots before bidding or purchasing.
A viewing session is organised on the morning of the auction to enable buyers to assess the condition of the items and lots, their composition and quantity. Enquiries may be made by email to request further information or photographs. Consequently, no claims will be accepted after the auction regarding the condition, wear and tear, restorations, defects or quantity of lots that could have been checked during this viewing.
Any bid constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Collection of lots on Mondays from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm, and on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon (except on viewing and/or auction days)
