→ In the event of late payment or non-payment, the defaulting buyer will be automatically registered on TEMIS: the national register of defaulters, which bars them from participating in any future auctions in France. → There is no right of withdrawal following an auction. Photographs of the lots are binding and form part of their description. No claims will be accepted for defects that are not mentioned but are visible in the photographs. → If paid lots are not collected within two weeks of the sale, they will be stored at our partner storage facility in Orléans, with storage charges ranging from €5 to €100 per fortnight, depending on the volume and value of the goods. Lots not claimed after one month will be deemed abandoned and resold to cover storage costs.
