Special conditions:
Transfer of ownership upon successful bid. Dismantling and collection are the responsibility of the successful bidder. Furthermore, for judicial sales: SALE WITHOUT WARRANTY: electrical equipment and tools are sold untested; there is no warranty as to their condition. Upon the expiry of a period of one year from the date of the sale, any item, painting, piece of jewellery or item of furniture that has not been collected shall be irrevocably deemed to have been abandoned by the successful bidder without prior notice and without any compensation or refund, on any grounds whatsoever.

Payment terms:
Cash payment: - either by credit card, - or in cash (€1,000 for French nationals and EU citizens, and €15,000 for individuals from outside the EEC), - either by bank transfer, - or by cheque accompanied by a bank letter of credit. FOR LIVE BIDDERS: - If the total is less than €500, AND unless you instruct otherwise (by email or telephone), your credit card registered with Interencheres will be debited 48 hours after the sale. In the event of such instructions, you must pay immediately using one of the other payment methods available to telephone bidders. - If the total exceeds €500, we will send you a 3D Secure link which you simply need to follow to complete the payment. IMPORTANT: Any auction invoice remaining unpaid to PERIGORD ENCHERES/Me MIALLON, or for which payment is late, will result in the defaulting buyer being registered on the TEMIS Register: a national register of defaulters which prohibits them from bidding anywhere in France in future.

Internet fees: 1.5% excluding VAT of the hammer price for judicial sales, 1.5% excluding VAT for voluntary sales or €60 excluding VAT per vehicle. No additional fees will be applied on charity auction lots.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
