*PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY* The sale will take place at the Classic Cars Company garage, located at Quai de Seine, 14600 HONFLEUR (Port Area), at 10.00 and 14.00. VEHICLES MUST BE COLLECTED WITHIN 15 DAYS; OTHERWISE, A PARKING FEE OF 36e (including VAT) PER DAY WILL APPLY.
Information is updated daily. The condition of the vehicles is described for guidance only and is not exhaustive; a large number of photographs are provided to assist you. YOU MUST INSPECT THE VEHICLES YOURSELF. The vehicles and their documentation are available for you to view on site, 2 DAYS BEFORE THE SALE during the ‘buyers’ viewing days’.
For administrative formalities – vehicle registration documents, FFVE, transport, etc. – our service offers these additional services.
PLEASE NOTE: It is essential to come and inspect the vehicles and motorbikes before the sale, as they are SOLD AS IS. This list is not exhaustive; vehicles may be added or removed. The descriptions provided on websites, in advertisements, on information sheets and other communication materials, as well as the description given during the sale, are based on the sellers’ statements made under the terms of the sales mandate entrusted to the auctioneer. They do not constitute a technical or historical assessment in the strict sense. It is difficult to describe vehicles exhaustively. A condition that is sometimes ‘deemed’ normal or acceptable may be open to question; therefore, only the prospective buyer can assess this in advance.
Technical inspections are carried out by the sellers or by an independent inspection centre.
A roadworthiness test is not a technical assessment.
- Viewings allow the buyer to inspect the vehicle in detail or to appoint a person of their choice to do so.
- No claims will be considered in accordance with the legislation in force governing public auctions.
- Upon request, the vehicle’s history, maintenance records, roadworthiness test results and other relevant documents will be provided.
- Placing a bid or participating in the sale of a vehicle commits the buyer to accepting the conditions set out above without reservation and without the right to make any subsequent claims.
