Payment The successful bidder may pay for their purchases as follows: • By bank transfer, with the transfer charges payable by the successful bidder. • In cash: up to €1,000 (including VAT) for French private individuals and foreign nationals who are not traders, and up to €15,000 (including VAT) for foreign traders. • By Visa or Mastercard up to €1,000. (For transactions exceeding €1,000, bank charges will be applied.) Payments by cheque are not accepted. Payment must be made in the successful bidder’s name, and no payment may be made on behalf of a third party. Margaux Serrano Maison de Ventes will not bear any bank charges; it is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their bank in advance of any transactions regarding any potential additional charges. Ownership of the items is transferred at the time of the auction. Margaux Serrano Maison de Ventes SARL recommends that the buyer insure their purchases.
