Lots are sold as seen, in their current condition, as displayed. This is a judicial sale and, consequently, there is no warranty of any kind in respect of the equipment and vehicles sold. There is no warranty against hidden defects. All bids are final, whether made in person or online. There is no right of withdrawal.
Lots will only be released once the invoice has been paid in full. These invoices will be sent to you by email after the auction has ended (there is no partial release for partial payment of invoices; invoices must be paid in full).
You must present your paid-up invoices when collecting your lots.
As the exhibition is taking place on-site, bidders will have had the opportunity to assess the physical condition and location of the lots being sold and will be responsible for arranging suitable means of collecting the items from the various offices and, where necessary, for organising the dismantling and the manpower and equipment required to remove the lots. Any specific travel or opening arrangements for a particular successful bidder will be charged at 50 euros excluding VAT.
