AGRASC JUDICIAL SALE – BRAND-NEW ELECTRIC BICYCLES AND SCOOTERS Tuesday 25 August 2026 at 10.00 am FEES: 14.28% (incl. VAT) + 1.80 (incl. VAT) The auction will take place on 25 August 2026 at 10.00 am, at the Vendeville Auction House (59175), in person and live on Interencheres. It comprises a large collection of new electric bikes and scooters, in their original packaging, including brands such as Colorway, Hitway, Evercross, RCB, Elekgo and other models detailed in the catalogue. The items have been in storage for approximately one year as part of legal proceedings. They are sold as is, without any guarantee of functionality, particularly regarding the batteries, their range or their charging capacity. The descriptions and technical specifications have been carefully compiled from the available information. However, they are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding. It is the responsibility of each bidder to check the exact make, model and reference numbers specified for each lot before placing a bid. Lots must be collected from Amiens, by appointment only, between 31 August and 4 September 2026. Successful bidders must arrange the necessary personnel, equipment and transport for the collection of their lots.
