Any auction invoice remaining unpaid to MERCIER & CIE or subject to late payment may be recorded in the TEMIS database. PLEASE NOTE: We sell on behalf of several companies; it is not uncommon to receive multiple invoices for a single sale. Please ensure you adhere to the collection deadlines, otherwise storage charges of €5 (excl. VAT) per day and per lot will apply. Public auction held by order of AGRASC The date for collection will be specified by the Auctioneer prior to the start of the sale. Items may be collected once the invoice has been paid in full. Please note: no lots will be posted; no dispatch service is available. Prices include VAT – VAT is recoverable (unless otherwise stated). Please note: Since 1 January 2020, a VAT number is required for invoicing purposes.
