Internet fees: 1.5% excluding VAT of the hammer price for judicial sales,
1.5% excluding VAT for voluntary sales or €60 excluding VAT per vehicle.
No additional fees will be applied on charity auction lots.
Adjudication:
As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
Payment terms: Lots are sold as is, without warranty – Payment must be made in full, by limited cash, certified cheque (along with two forms of ID) or bank card. Auction fees are charged on top of the hammer price: 14.28% (including VAT) for judicial auctions and 15% for voluntary auctions.

Special conditions: Requests for telephone bidding, purchase orders and live bidding are a facility and a service provided free of charge by the auctioneers, who cannot be held liable for any failure to carry them out correctly or for any technical issues. All purchase orders and requests for telephone bidding must be submitted by 4.00 pm on the day before the sale at the latest, accompanied by full names, full addresses, proof of identity, telephone contact details and bank details (SWIFT code or bank account number). Should any of this information be missing, the auctioneers reserve the right not to consider the request.
Lots will be sold by call at the Auction House.
Equipment is sold ‘as is’ without warranty. Collection and dismantling are at the purchaser’s expense and under their responsibility; this must not cause any damage, and safety measures must be observed. Professional equipment must be dismantled by an authorised company.
The lots awarded shall remain at the risk and expense of the successful bidders from the moment the bid is declared, even if delivery has not yet taken place.
