Payment terms:
STORAGE: BALSAN ENCHÈRES provides storage of lots free of charge for a period of 5 calendar days from the date of the sale.
Beyond this period, retrospective storage charges will automatically apply from the day of the sale, in accordance with the following scale:
• For lots stored on shelves:
o 6th day after the sale: A flat rate of €21.45 (excl. VAT) per lot will be charged;
o Then, €1.95 (excl. VAT) will be added to the flat rate of €21.45 (excl. VAT) for each additional calendar day from the 6th day after the date of the sale, per lot.
• For lots stored on pallets, half-pallets or on the floor:
o 6th day after the sale: A flat fee of €87.45 (excl. VAT) per lot will be charged;
o An additional €7.95 (excl. VAT) is then added to the flat-rate charge of €87.45 (excl. VAT) for each additional calendar day from the 6th day following the date of sale, per lot.
These charges cover the physical storage and insurance of the goods until they are actually delivered to the purchaser.BALSAN ENCHÈRES reserves the right to resell the lots in question, in accordance with the applicable regulations, where storage costs exceed the purchase invoice amount.

Payment must be made in cash and immediately after each sale, in euros:

- Postage costs must also be paid by bank transfer.
- Payment by credit card is only accepted for the deposit. No other payments can be made by credit card.

We offer a dispatch service for your lot. This service includes administration and collection of lots; bespoke packaging (provision of packaging materials for the lot and the box, plus labour – see rates in our Terms and Conditions); and dispatch via our partner carrier.
This is a service we offer; you may also send us your own packaging and prepaid shipping label.
Alternatively, you may simply send us your prepaid shipping label, in which case we will only charge for order preparation and packaging/boxing (rates as per our Terms and Conditions).
Collection of lots:
Purchases may only be collected once payment has been made, including all fees and taxes, upon which a payment receipt will be issued by the accounts department of BALSAN ENCHERES. Only this duly paid document will allow you to collect your items. Please be aware of the time taken for bank transfers; if you wish to collect your lot quickly, please use an instant transfer.
You can collect your lot from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 12.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm, by booking an appointment to avoid excessive waiting times on site.
