On-site and LIVE auction Lots must be collected: - immediately after the auction for those attending in person who have paid their invoice in full. - Friday 11 September by appointment (in the morning, priority will be given to buyers of lots 96 to 134, i.e. the shop and office areas). - Thursday 17 September by appointment. - Friday 18 September by appointment. Any lot not collected on the dates specified will be deemed abandoned and the balance will remain due. - The buyer is responsible for dismantling and removing the lots without causing damage to the premises, taking all necessary safety precautions. Plugs must be fitted to water inlets, and disconnectors must be fitted to exposed electrical wires.
