Terms of sale
STARTING PRICE: €300.
The entire contents of a 100m² house, sold as a single lot, situated 6 minutes from the Troyes auction house; must be cleared out within 15 days of the sale.
The successful bidder undertakes to pay for the lot in cash on the day of the sale, and to clean and clear out the contents as described and photographed within a MAXIMUM of 15 days from the date of the sale; any delay will result in a financial penalty.
The address will be disclosed to the buyer on the first day of the clearance: they must visit our office to collect the keys to the property to be cleared, upon deposit of a BANK GUARANTEE BY CREDIT CARD of 500 euros.
This sum will not be debited, but will be held in escrow for the entire duration of the house clearance until the final day of the work, and will be released once the house has been cleared, with supporting photographs and video evidence that the work has been carried out with care, in full, and without causing any damage.
In the event of damage or a delay in clearance, the €500 deposit will be debited.
At the end of the service, the buyer returns the keys to our office, and we will release the deposit.
