The vehicle will only be handed over once the full amount due has been received

Bids are made with auction fees included in the displayed price. An administration fee is charged in addition: €200 (including VAT) for petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric vehicles without a battery certificate €285 (including VAT) for electric vehicles with a battery health certificate Sales made via Interenchères are subject to a surcharge of: €80 (including VAT) per vehicle sold. Full payment must be made within 2 working days of the invoice being sent. The vehicle must be collected within a maximum of 7 working days (France), subject to an appointment being made. Storage charges may apply if these deadlines are exceeded. All bids are final and irrevocably binding on the bidder. The award of the lot entails transfer of ownership.
