AUCTION BUSINESS — Les Bonnes Enchères
Before bidding, please familiarise yourself with the key information regarding how our auctions operate.
Buyer’s fees:
Buyer’s fees amount to 25% (including VAT) of the hammer price, plus Interenchères fees.
For professional buyers, VAT is recoverable only where this is expressly stated in the lot description.
Sale Invoice:
Within 24 hours of the auction closing, you will receive your sale invoice by email. This will include, in particular:
payment terms;
collection details;
shipping options.
We recommend that you check your spam folder if you do not receive your auction statement within this timeframe.
Payment:
Payment is due in full. It may be made:
by credit or debit card via a secure payment link;
by immediate bank transfer, quoting your name and your statement number in the reference field.
No lot will be released until the full amount due has been received.
If payment is not received within 7 calendar days, the order form may be cancelled. A flat-rate administration fee of €70 (including VAT) may be charged, and the incident may be reported to the national TEMIS database, which may restrict the successful bidder’s access to other auctions.

Collection is arranged on the Tuesday and Wednesday following the auction, from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, by appointment only.
The successful bidder may collect their lots in person or instruct a carrier of their choice, provided they supply us with the necessary information for delivery.
Dispatch:
A dispatch solution may be offered on request for all lots, subject to their nature, weight and dimensions.
Collection deadlines and storage charges:
A grace period of 4 calendar days is granted from the close of the auction.
After this period, a storage charge of €5 (including VAT) per day per lot will be applied. These charges cover secure storage and insurance of the goods until they are collected.
When the total storage charges reach the value of the lot, the lots may be put back up for sale in order to settle all or part of the amounts due.
Nature and condition of lots:
The goods on offer come mainly from commercial stock: customer returns, after-sales returns, unsold items, surplus stock, opened products, end-of-line items or goods involved in transport disputes.
Lots may be new or second-hand and may, in particular, exhibit:
signs of use or cosmetic defects;
packaging that is open, damaged, replaced or missing;
missing accessories, cables or instruction leaflets;
partial functionality or untested functionality.
Photographs and descriptions are prepared with the utmost care to enable bidders to assess the general condition of each lot.
Classification of lots:
Cosmetic condition and level of functionality are assessed according to two separate classifications.
Cosmetic condition:
New · Like new · Very good condition · Good condition · Fair condition · Poor condition · Refurbished
Functional condition:
Fully functional · Functional · Partially functional · Power-on test only · Non-functional
In the absence of any mention regarding functionality, the lot must be considered untested and sold as is.

Warranties and the buyer’s liability:
Second-hand goods sold at public auction are excluded from the statutory guarantee of conformity, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Code.
Information regarding the condition of lots is provided for guidance only, based on observations made at the time of their listing for sale. It is the responsibility of each bidder to carefully review the description, photographs and terms and conditions of sale before placing a bid.
All bids are final and constitute acceptance of the lot’s condition and the terms and conditions of sale.
